The Opportunity:
RobLawMax have partnered with civil clients that are looking for Skilled Drainlayers to join their team in Christchurch. Multiple roles across roading, subdivisions or commercial drainage.
You will be responsible for executing drain laying tasks according to project requirements and industry standards.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Full Class 1 drivers licence (class 2 preferred) with WTR
- Drainlaying qualifications (bonus)
- CCC Authorised (Bonus)
- Minimum 3+ years experience on residential, civil or commercial drainage sites
- Experience laying PE, concrete and PVC pipe within water, storm, sewer mains
- Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing drainage systems
- Experience working on various civil or residential sites, predominantly on drainage projects
- Working around trenches, assisting with installing PVC and concrete pipe
- Spotting for excavators
- Fit and able to due heavy duty labour when required
- Can operate machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers)
- Reliable team member who’s willing to get stuck in
- Strong safety and quality focus
