About the role:
This is a great role for a Team Leader or experienced Foreman/ Supervisor who can effectively lead a Drainage crew on a range of three water projects ensuring their smooth operation. You will be experienced in wastewater and stormwater reticulation projects and have a desire to make those next steps in your career.
You will be leading the day-to-day operations, managing resources, health and safety and delivering a quality service.

About you:
You back yourself as an expert drainage supervisor and want to progress your career through challenging three waters projects. You WILL have;
- A minimum of 4 years of New Zealand experience in commercials, residential, industrial sewer, and stormwater systems
- Strong leadership and mentoring capability to lead the resources within your team
- Sound knowledge of plant and equipment within the sector
- Fantastic communication at all levels both written and verbal
- Minimum qualification of a Certificate in Drainage, Infrastructure works (Pipeline construction/ Maintenance/ Stormwater/ Wastewater) or Equivalent
- General experience in civil construction activities including structures, roading, earthworks etc.
