Foreperson role

Typical Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of skilled trades people on projects
• Work alongside site forepersons and project managers
• Use management abilities and decision making
• Manage labour crews, organise on-site subcontractors, and provide technical advice and support on-site

We are looking for

• High degree of competence in carpentry 
• LBP Preferable
• Excellent communication
• Highly reliable
• Experience in team environments
• Class 1 drivers licence
• Ability to adapt in challenging situations

Salary Range

$40- 55 per hour depending on experience
