Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with New Zealand building codes and regulations.
• Develop and present detailed architectural designs, drawings, and documentation using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable practices, and technological advancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be a Registered Architect with the New Zealand Registered Architects Board (NZRAB).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand Building Code, local regulations, and resource consent processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in sustainable and environmentally responsible design is a plus.
