Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that align with client needs.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with New Zealand building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Registration: Must be a Registered Architect in New Zealand (or eligible for registration).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor junior staff.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of New Zealand building codes, compliance requirements, and sustainability standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
