The role of a Construction Manager will oversee and lead construction projects across New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of New Zealand building regulations, health & safety laws, and industry best practices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Full NZ driver’s license and legal right to work in New Zealand.
