Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation and control systems for industrial applications.
  • Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
  • Select, install, and calibrate sensors, transmitters, and control valves for various process industries.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in instrumentation and automation projects.
  • Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning for new and existing control systems.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop technical documentation, schematics, and user manuals for control systems.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for control systems in industrial facilities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation, automation, or control systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar).
  • Experience with SCADA/DCS systems and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) development.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and safety standards.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and electrical schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in industries such as oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, water treatment, or food processing is a plus.
