• Installation and configuration:

• Maintenance and repair:
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with existing equipment, performing preventative maintenance checks, and implementing necessary repairs. 
• Troubleshooting:
• Identifying the root cause of technical problems, analyzing system logs, and providing solutions to complex issues. 
• Customer support:
• Interacting directly with clients, explaining technical concepts, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• On-site training:
• Providing training to customers on proper operation and usage of installed technology. 
• Technical documentation:
• Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions through detailed reports. 
• Project management:
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of installations and upgrades. 

Required skills and qualifications:

• Technical expertise:
• Strong understanding of relevant technology systems (e.g., network infrastructure, data center equipment, telecommunications systems, industrial automation) 
• Problem-solving:
• Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions 
• Customer service:
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical concepts clearly 
• Hands-on experience:
• Comfort working with physical hardware, tools, and cabling 
• Travel readiness:
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout New Zealand to visit customer sites 
• Relevant certifications:
