As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across the construction, civil, engineering, and energy sectors. You will be responsible for developing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term partnerships with key clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
  • Lead negotiations and secure contracts for products and services.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to improve offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to enhance client solutions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand presence.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within construction, civil, engineering, or energy industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and industry-specific sales cycles.
