Required Skills:

A trade qualification in Boiler making or Welding is required. Experience in MIG, TIG, and arc welding is essential. Knowledge of metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and mining safety regulations is crucial. Physical fitness, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in extreme temperatures are also necessary.
