Employers expect candidates who are applying for Civil Quantity Surveyor jobs to have either a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a Bachelor of Construction, and have a detailed understanding of New Zealand’s local by-laws, building regulations and legislation. Any experience with the Commercial, Residential or Civil Construction industries, or work involving calculations or accounting, will also be hugely beneficial. Junior 75k to 100k per annum (NZD)
Intermediate 140k per annum
Senior 140k - 200k per annum
