We are seeking skilled and motivated STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) and TMOs (Traffic Management Operator) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing traffic management on construction/civil sites, ensuring the safety of workers and road users, and maintaining smooth traffic flow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in traffic management, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
What we need from you:
- Valid TMO qualifications
- Valid STMS Level 1 qualification (Level 2 or higher is a bonus)
- Full class 1 license (class 2 or WTR are a bonus)
- Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to pass a drug test and complete an MOJ check
