· Competitive hourly rate of $36-44 per hour. Wage is negotiable and depends on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and organise the on-site team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and in-line with specifications.
· Manage project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
· Liaise with clients and contractors and maintain strong relationships.
· Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and is available for use on the job.
· Actively participate in the application of coatings and flooring systems according to manufacturer guidelines.
· Maintain daily quality assurance / health & safety documentation.
· Oversee team timekeeping and ensure accurate digital timesheets are maintained.
· Ensure the site is left clean, safe, and that all products and equipment are returned to the appropriate depots.
Requirements:
· Experience as a Foreman leading flooring teams and managing projects effectively.
· Strong understanding of flooring applications, including epoxy, MMA, polyurethane coatings, and sports floors.
· Must be drug and alcohol-free.
· Formal qualifications are not required, but they are a bonus.
· Proven ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver successful projects.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
· A focus on health, safety, and quality on-site.
