The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in leading projects across the entire lifecycle. From feasibility studies and strategic advisory to managing communication, cost, and sustainability practices, you’ll be the driving force ensuring every project achieves success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying project scope and leading feasibility studies.
- Providing strategic advice and supporting business development.
- Coordinating with designers, contractors, and clients during the design management phase.
- Managing programmes, costs, and budgets effectively.
- Promoting sustainable practices throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
Your Essential Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 + years NZ based project management consultancy experience
- Tertiary qualified in engineering, construction or project management
- A proven track record of delivering projects in the commercial, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Well connected with a track record of successful project delivery in HB region.
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of NZ Building Standards and processes.
