Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, Lewis graduated with a Business (Ordinary) & a LLB Law degree in 2016.

He then travelled Australia DJing and founded a small Social Enterprise - Fly Action Forever- reselling vintage clothes sourced from Op Shops at Electronic Music Festivals.

Lewis arrived in New Zealand in 2019 with the plan of starring as an extra in the Lord of the Rings- Rings of Power series.

He began his recruitment career with Hays in 2021 (shortly after the COVID lockdowns)- recruiting for Architecture in Wellington before quickly progressing into managing their Wellington- White Collar Construction team.

He moved from Wellington to Auckland in 2023 with partner- Petra who is originally from Auckland when they started their family- now 2 little boys!

Lewis is our national lead for Architecture & Client-side Construction positions; PM Consultancy, Design Managers, Development Managers and all other senior roles across Property & Infrastructure.

Outside of work, Lewis still DJs, spends time with his baby boys & loves a game of Squash or Football.
