Born and raised on the Kapiti Coast, Lee-Tara has gone from college straight into the workforce and although she’s had a few jobs before, she is brand new to the recruitment industry.

In Lee-Tara’s previous job as a customer support agent for the Defence Force in Wellington, she’s managed to not only create some great experiences while travelling around the country but has also picked up some skills along the way that she is pulling across into the Kapiti On-Hire team.

Outside of work, Lee-Tara spends most of her time at CrossFit classes, training for any upcoming competitions as well as participating in any other adventure races that may pop up.
