Derrick Vivas

Derrick has been a Senior Consultant at RoblawMax for 7 years, specialising in On-hire Trades and Labour. With extensive knowledge of civil and commercial contractors, Derrick is also a member of CCNZ (Civil Contractors New Zealand) and is well-connected within the industry. His clients know him for being proactive, delivering accurate results, and for his persistence.

 

Originally from the Philippines, Derrick moved to New Zealand in 1999. He attended Westlake Boys High School and later graduated with a BHSc in Health Science, specializing in Psychotherapy and Mental Health, from AUT University. Derrick started his career in the social services sector and health care recruitment before joining RoblawMax in 2016. 

 

Outside of work, Derrick trains in Muay Thai and other combat sports, enjoys hiking with his wife on weekends, and is actively engaged in his church community.
